I can’t get over how perfect today was for a run. With only a slight breeze coming off the Hudson I headed up the river (originally known as the North River), made my way through the throngs of tourists, until I was heading up towards Canal Street. The crowds thinned out as I headed uptown. The weather was cool enough for me to wear a long sleeve shirt and I laughed and waved at a guy passing me wearing the same NYC Marathon shirt.
