Wow, it's hot and humid. I haven't run in quite a while. I was in Puerto Rico last week and hoped to run while I was attending a search and rescue conference but I didn't get out. Today, however, my friend asked if I wanted to go out and run a few miles before we started our day. I was glad she asked. Depsite the heat and humidity the run felt good.
