Today was my first run since taking two weeks off with the best intentions to exercise. I did manage to do a few push ups here, a few crunches there. The bulk of my running during vacation was, however, spent chasing the kids. Oh well. Combine my general lack of motivation with humidity in the 70% range and well, my run felt horrible. The rest of the week is supposed to cool down so hopefully things will feel better for me.
