Buying Trust Agents

Yesterday I connected with Julien Smith on LinkedIn. Julien and Chris Brogan wrote the book Trust Agents. I met Julien a few months ago here in New York City when we both attended Mitch Joel's presentation on his new book, Six Pixels of Separation. I mentioned to him that I work for the Coast Guard.

I asked Julien if he remembered me and told him I would buy a copy of Trust Agents if we connected. This morning Julien replied I had better buy the book because the Coast Guard doesn't lie.

I quickly learned you can't shoot video in New York City without a permit! So under fear of arrest I forged on, shot the video and bought the book.

Have you read Trust Agents? What did you think?

Did that NYPD cruiser stop just for you? Do they know you got them on film? Boy you are lucky.

Stevie,
I think the cops were actually stopping a suspicious vehicle near Wall Street. The cashier, however, was NOT happy I was filming in the store and wanted management and security called. It was sort of funny!
